Hi, I’m Julie,

thank you for your interest in See Results Fitness Personal Training. I’m a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer based in the Saltdean area of Brighton and Hove. I’m passionate about helping people improve their fitness and health. From a well-equipped private studio, I offer friendly, face to face, bespoke training to support you in getting results and achieving your individual goals.

Getting started with me

I understand that getting started can feel daunting, especially if you are new to exercise or want to restart your journey to improved health and fitness. From the privacy of my studio, I will guide and motivate you wherever you are on your fitness journey. I offer a range of training methods all of which can be adapted to your personal goals.

All training Programmes are tailored around your individual needs and preferences and include regular reviews of your progress in relation to your goals, as well as ongoing nutritional advice and support.

Why not take that first step on your fitness journey. I offer all clients the opportunity to meet with me and discuss their general health and levels of fitness. If appropriate, I will also offer a short taster session in my studio.

PRICING BREAKDOWN

Pricing options are designed to fit around how you like to train.  You have the option to take it “One step at a time”, so pay as you go for each session. Or you can commit to “Transform” for 10 sessions. But if you really want to see results, opt for “Transform Plus” for 20 sessions, training at least twice a week. Alternatively you may be pressed for time, so consider short, sharp, High Intensity Interval Training with “HIIT blast”.

Option 1 : One step at a time

£45 per session : 1 x 1 hour training session (pay per session) 

Option 2 : Transform

£30 per session : 10 x 1 hour training sessions (£300)

Option 3 : Transform Plus

£27 per session : 20 x 1 hour training sessions (£540)- This pricing option is only available if you commit to training at least twice a week

Option 4 : HIIT Blast

£25 per session: 10 sessions (£250) up to 30 mins per session.

Please note: all pricing options are payable in advance.
If you are unable to make a session, please give 24 hours notice.

Normally I don’t like Gyms as I don’t feel comfortable there and, to be honest, I never know what to do or if I’m doing well.
Also due to my thyroid issues I tend to have joint pain so I easily give up.
