PRICING BREAKDOWN

Pricing options are designed to fit around how you like to train.  You have the option to take it “One step at a time”, so pay as you go for each session. Or you can commit to “Transform” for 10 sessions. But if you really want to see results, opt for “Transform Plus” for 20 sessions, training at least twice a week. Alternatively you may be pressed for time, so consider short, sharp, High Intensity Interval Training with “HIIT blast”.

Option 1 : One step at a time

£45 per session : 1 x 1 hour training session (pay per session) 

Option 2 : Transform

£30 per session : 10 x 1 hour training sessions (£300)

Option 3 : Transform Plus

£27 per session : 20 x 1 hour training sessions (£540) – This pricing option is only available if you commit to training at least twice a week

Option 4 : HIIT Blast

£25 per session: 10 sessions (£250) up to 30 mins per session.

If you are unable to make a session, please give 24 hours notice.
