Normally I don’t like Gyms as I don’t feel comfortable there and, to be honest, I never know what to do or if I’m doing well.
Also due to my thyroid issues I tend to have joint pain so I easily give up.

I had never tried personal training before but Julie has helped ease me into the world of fitness and strength training, and achieve things I never thought I could! She strikes the perfect balance: kind, patient, and never making me feel any pressure, while still pushing me to challenge myself and achieve more every week. She has given me helpful tailored advice on my form and I have gained so much confidence in what my body can do and knowing how to do it safely. Plus she is great at taking my mind off the exhaustion with our interesting catch up chats in the rest time between exercises!

This is personal training at its very best. Julie listens carefully to what you want to achieve and devises a programme precisely tailored to those goals. I wanted to develop strength through weight-training, and I have so enjoyed seeing this increase week on week. It has been appropriately challenging, and so very rewarding both mentally and physically. The buzz that I leave with after every session is priceless! Julie has also been able to advise me on other aspects of health such as diet and sleep to maximise the benefits of exercise and does it all with encouragement and praise. I can’t commend her highly enough!

I am really enjoying my training with Julie. She is so enthusiastic and friendly and personalises each session with my goals in mind. The sessions make me work extremely hard, but not so they are unmanageable. Each session has varied exercise as well, so they don’t get boring. I also love that Julie has her own studio, there are no distractions and I have her full attention at all times. She is very encouraging and wants me to progress with each exercise. I have had personal training sessions in the past, but Julie is the best instructor I’ve had, and her sessions are definitely getting me fitter and stronger. I wish I’d found her before now.
